Seawatch Inn At the Landing

The host Kathy was absolute awesome she was on top of everything if we needed anything an very nice . An the grounds keeper Al was great guy an checked on us at times to see if we was OK very friendly well as Kathy. We loved our stay this was our 2end time out an it was the same as last trip. So thank you seawatch inn we will be back!

We had a great time celebrating the New Year in Garden City at the Seawatch! The Room had a small kitchen but it was fine for the weekend. Kathy is Super Friendly in the office ! We felt at home right away. We will be back in the Spring to enjoy some warmer weather!

This place has everything you need to be amazed and relax at the same time I can't say enough about Kathy Scott and I believe his name was al who are the employees I spoke with .... It was bike week weekend and I met so many people never heard a peep from the neighbors or the children the restaurants within walking distance were affordable and beyond good the pier private and the beach was my favorite spots besides that awesome hot tub ... I will be a repeat vacationer for the rest of my life... And will gladly suggest this to anyone asking ... See y'all very soon and do yourself a favor if you have not been here ....be there soon ..

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and it was a perfect getaway! Special thanks to Kathy in the office! Great views and our son caught his first fish! We will be back!

We enjoyed most of our stay. We came in after hours, so there wasn't anyone in the office. The beds had only sheets, no blankets. We were counting on the sofa bed and there weren't any sheets, blankets, or pillows. We laid out towels down and I had a thin emergency blanket in the car. If you want to use the pull out bed, be sure to ask for the bedding. The location is great. There were some loud guests who were not considerate, but that happens everywhere. The room didn't advertise a balcony, full kitchen, washer/dryer, or private fishing dock. Those were pleasant surprises. The place was very clean. They provided soaps, bring shampoo and conditioner. We would definitely go back.

Our party of 8 family members stayed at The Seawatch Inn at the Landings for 3 nights over the grandchildren’s’ Spring Break. We enjoyed the walkability of the location. It’s walkable to the beach, pier, an arcade, small grocery store, bars, restaurants and ice cream shops. The views are amazing! The only thing that was bad, and is totally out of the Seawatch’s control, is the loud bar music, loud motorcycle and traffic noise until the local bars close around 2-3am. This made it difficult to sleep. We did enjoy our stay and more likely than not, we will go back again, unless we can find somewhere quieter to stay with less bars/nightclubs around. The staff at the Seawatch Inn were very nice and accommodating.

We stayed at the Seawatch At the Landing. we came we met with the front desk, clerk, Miss Kathy, wonderful personality great customer assistance went above and beyond to tell us the areas to go fishing personality was amazing. She made us feel right at home so I made it feel like we was at home versus vacation maintenance came and gave us two that we need. It was just an amazing trip. The view from my balcony is amazing. We had two rooms kitchen living room everything we needed couldn’t ask for a better vacation a getaway. I recommend this place to anyone. . It was just a amazing trip.
